1974 – In Aksaray (Istanbul) the firm named as 'Basbug Oto Yedek Parça Ltd. Sti.' (Basbug Automobile Spare Parts Ltd Co) began its activity in the sector specialized in retailing Anadolu spare parts, the first Turkish brand of automobile of local production.
1980 – The trading of the Ford spare parts was added to the selling of Anadolu spare parts.
1984 – Beginning of import of Ford automobile spare parts from different European countries.
1987 – Having the warehouses of 2000 m2 in Aksaray and the team of 10 people, the firm began spare parts wholesale in several regions of Turkey.
1990 - The firm continues it’s activity as the distributor of the leading European producers of automobiles.
1995 – After merging with 'Basbug Oto Yedek Parça A.S.’ the team of 20 people began to wholesale spare parts all over Turkey.
2000 – The firm continues its activity in the main office with 11.250 m2 closed premises on the total adjacent area of 20.000 m2 in Beylikdüzü (Hadimköy road)
2002 – While being a distributor of auto spare parts producers, the firm enriched the range of subsidiary automobile products of BASBUG and BSG.
2003 – The firm began the export of the BSG brand production and increased its export potential in 35 countries in the next 4 years.
2007 – After the establishment of 'Basford Oto Yedek Parça Ltd.Sti.' at the same address the newly - created company, as the authorized auto parts wholesaler of Ford Otosan, in addition to the above mentioned activity began the trade of original auto parts.
2009 - Basbug Oto Yedek Parça A.S. enlarged its range of production with van spare parts of Mercedes Benz.
2010 - BASBUG A.S. has increased its range with including new lines VW, OPEL, PEUGEOT ve CITROEN light commercial and passenger vehicles.
